1. Nature of Services

Refine You provides medical and medically directed aesthetic services. All services are elective. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Services do not replace care from a primary care physician or medical specialist.

2. Cash-Only Practice

Refine You is a cash-only practice:

  • We do not accept or bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.

  • Patients are solely responsible for payment of all services rendered.

  • No claims or superbills are submitted by the Practice unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Eligibility

Patients must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent. Valid identification may be required.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated at booking.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to fees.

  • Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future scheduling.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • Accepted payment methods are disclosed by the Practice.

  • Medical aesthetic services are non-refundable, including prepaid packages, except as required by law or expressly stated in writing.

6. Treatment Packages & Promotions

  • Packages are non-transferable and may expire.

  • Unused services may be forfeited after expiration.

  • Promotional pricing and packages are subject to change without notice.

7. Informed Consent

Patients must complete and sign informed consent documents prior to treatment. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge understanding the risks, benefits, alternatives, and potential complications of treatment.

8. Patient Conduct & Practice Policies

Patients agree to comply with all posted office policies, including those related to:

  • Late arrivals

  • Safety and professional conduct

  • Photography or recording within the Practice (prohibited without written permission)

The Practice reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Refine You shall not be liable for:

  • Outcomes consistent with known risks disclosed during informed consent

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be waived by law.

10. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You agree not to misuse, copy, or interfere with website content or functionality.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use or link to third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling or payment processors). Refine You is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or terms of those third parties.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Oregon.
