About
Dr. Mondorf

Dr. Pamela Eva Mondorf, MD, is an experienced, board certified, physician with over 25 years as a practicing anesthesiologist and more than 12 years specializing as an Aesthetic Medical Injector. Her credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree, ongoing certification with the American Board of Anesthesiologists and ASA membership, along with advanced training and certification from the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Mondorf is dedicated to rejuvenating medical procedures, particularly injectable services such as natural biostimulants, neuromodulators like Botox, and various types of hyaluronic acid fillers, all delivered with a focus on honest communication, personalized care, and optimal patient outcomes.

At the heart of her practice is the belief that true beauty lives within each of us. She advocates for an approach to aesthetic medicine that emphasizes restoration and revitalization, always respecting the individual's existing anatomy rather than pursuing formula style augmentation or unrealistic trends. Through her years of experience and ongoing pursuit of advanced training, Dr. Mondorf helps patients achieve radiant, natural results aligning with their inner beauty.

In her words…

After many years in the hustle-bustle of the busy medispa environment, I’ve returned to my roots with the opening of this intimate, boutique style private practice. I look forward to spending time with each patient - listening, collaborating, and crafting personalized treatment plans that honor your unique features and aesthetic goals.

My focus remains on gentle restoration and natural revitalization, helping you reveal the most radiant, authentic version of yourself.

The Personal Side

Dr. Mondorf arrived in Central Oregon in 2017 with her two teenage daughters, leaving behind a small town tucked into the foothills of Wyoming’s Wind River Mountains. They came to Bend for its vibrant equestrian community, but what they found was something even more meaningful—a place to grow, both in and out of the saddle.

Over the years, her daughters have come into their own as young professionals in the hunter/jumper world, building careers as trainers while continuing to compete in the show ring. Watching them carve their own paths in the sport has been one of Dr. Mondorf’s greatest joys.

These days, when she’s not in the office, Dr. Mondorf is most at home at the barn. She rides her beloved golden palomino and still keeps a retired jumping pony who has been part of the family since the girls were young—a reminder of just how far they’ve all come.

Life in Central Oregon, it turns out, fits them just right.
